This gel food colouring has a beautiful, deep colour that allows you to colour your ingredients, be it icing, fondant, marzipan, cream or pastry,
sponge cake or other food colouring. As it is a food colouring concentrate, only a very small amount is needed to achieve the desired colour.
In the process of renewing Fondant For You's improved gel food colouring, we have set ourselves the following goals:
more concentrated formulation
to produce more vibrant, richer, deeper shades
use only a minimal (toothpick-sized) amount of food colouring
not alter the texture of our ingredients.
